Law Library Administration

The Law Library's primary mission is to support the research and educational needs of the U.B. Law School community. Additionally it serves the legal information needs of the University community, the practicing bar, and the public at large. As the only research level law library in Western New York, it is an important anchor and archive.

The Law Library is committed to providing easy access to information in an atmosphere conducive to study and research, a collection development policy that includes print, electronic and other non-print material, and expert information access services that promote the effective use of the library's resources.
